Our story
ColdEngine started with a frustration shared by every founder and sales team we knew: the tools for cold outreach were either bloated enterprise suites that cost a fortune, or thin spam cannons that torched your domain reputation in a week. Nothing sat in the middle. Nothing was powerful, deliverability-first, and priced for the operator actually doing the work.
So we built it. ColdEngine connects any Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP mailbox in minutes, rotates sending intelligently across inboxes, warms them automatically, and scores your leads by decision-maker fit so you reach the right people first. When replies come in, our AI drafts on-brand responses and routes the hot ones straight to you.
Today ColdEngine is used by founders, agencies, and lean sales teams who care more about booked meetings than dashboards full of vanity metrics. We are a small, independent team, funded by our customers rather than investors. That means the only roadmap we follow is the one that makes the product more useful to the people paying for it.
