Do I have to buy mailboxes from you?
No. You connect inboxes you already own over OAuth, an app password, or plain IMAP and SMTP. Nothing is rented from us and your domains stay yours.
Is warmup an add-on?
No. Auto-inbox is included on Starter, Growth and Scale, it starts the day you connect a mailbox, and it keeps running while your campaigns run.
What happens when my credits run out?
Sending and warmup carry on untouched. You top up when you want the Lead Generator or the AI agents to do more work, in packs of 500, 2,500, 10,000 or 50,000.
Can I bill this to my clients?
On Scale you get client sub-accounts and white label, so every client sits in their own account under your name, on one bill.
Is there an API?
Yes, a REST API for your account, your campaigns and your leads, plus webhooks that push events to your own systems. It is on Growth, Scale and Enterprise.
Where does my data sit?
