Who we are
ColdEngine is a cold-email outreach platform operated by Strenor Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America (business filing ID 2026-001989970), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("ColdEngine", "we", "us"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you (or the company you act for) and Strenor Labs LLC.
Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The service
ColdEngine lets you connect mailboxes, import and manage leads, build and send email sequences, warm your inboxes, and manage replies with the help of AI features. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the product.
Acceptable use
You may not use ColdEngine to send unsolicited bulk mail to addresses obtained without a lawful basis, to phish, to distribute malware, to harass, or to send anything that is illegal, deceptive, or that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including the US CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, the EU GDPR/ePrivacy rules). You are solely responsible for the content you send, your lawful basis for contacting recipients, and for honouring opt-outs.
Recipient rights
Every message you send must include a working unsubscribe mechanism (we add the RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe header automatically) and an honest sender identity and physical mailing address as required by law. We may suspend or terminate an account that generates abnormal spam complaints, bounce rates, or abuse reports.
Your data
You own the data you upload and the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that data solely to provide the service. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your workspace at any time.
Billing and payments
Paid plans are sold by Strenor Labs LLC as the seller of record and processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is added at checkout. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Free trials
Where we offer a free trial, we will tell you the length of the trial at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, which we announce in advance where reasonably possible, and may need to perform emergency maintenance without notice.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties (for example your email providers and our sub-processors). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Intellectual property
The ColdEngine platform, software, branding and content are owned by Strenor Labs LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant any specific deliverability rate, reply rate, or business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strenor Labs LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strenor Labs LLC from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, exposes the platform to abuse, or fails to pay. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. payment, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify account owners by email or in-app before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
