Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for paid ColdEngine subscriptions. ColdEngine is a product of Strenor Labs LLC (Wyoming business filing ID 2026-001989970), which is the seller of record. Payments are processed securely on our behalf by our payment processor, Stripe. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is shown at checkout.
Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). Each subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period until you cancel. The price and billing interval are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing inside your account, or by emailing us at the address below. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew again. We do not lock you into long-term contracts.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are a new customer and you are not satisfied with ColdEngine, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that initial purchase. Email billing@coldengine.io from the address on your account and we will refund you, no lengthy questions asked.
Renewals and ongoing periods
Payments for renewal periods and for periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable, because the service has been made available to you for that period. If your card was charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. We would rather keep a happy former customer than an unwanted charge.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for twelve months. Outside the 14-day guarantee window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time so you are not charged again.
Exceptional circumstances
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or experienced a prolonged service outage that prevented normal use, contact us and we will make it right, including a pro-rated or full refund where appropriate. We assess these requests fairly and quickly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email from the payment provider once a refund is processed.
How to request a refund
Email billing@coldengine.io from the email address associated with your ColdEngine account, with your order or invoice reference if you have it. We aim to respond to every refund request within one business day.
