Sending and deliverability
3 questionsDo you send through my own inbox or yours?
Yours. ColdEngine connects directly to Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP/SMTP mailbox you control. We never relay through shared infrastructure, so the sending reputation that builds up is yours.
How do you keep deliverability high?
Per-account daily limits, randomised delays, send windows in the recipient's timezone, automatic ramp-up for new mailboxes, A/Z subject testing, and a per-account health score that surfaces issues before they tank your domain.
What about spam complaints and unsubscribes?
Every email includes a working RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe header, the standard that Gmail and Yahoo now require. Opt-outs land in your workspace block list automatically.
Inbox and AI
2 questionsWhat does the AI actually do?
It reads replies and classifies them as interested, not interested, meeting request, out-of-office, do-not-contact, and so on. Hostile or short rejections are caught by a regex pass even without an AI key.
Will you use my emails to train models?
No. AI calls send only the reply text needed for the feature. We do not retain it for training, and our sub-processors are bound contractually not to either.

Yes. 14 days on the Growth plan, no card needed.
How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly bundle. AI features (reply drafts, lead scoring, sales-agent actions) consume credits. Sending plain campaigns does not.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Privacy and data

On EU-based servers (Hetzner, Frankfurt). See the Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.
Can I export my workspace?
Yes. Workspace owners can download a full JSON export of every record from Settings, under Data export (GDPR Article 20).
